The girls and I have been in NC this week visiting family. When we head back for the weekend one of the first things we are going to do is buy some pumpkins.

Yes! Orange, white, and green. I placed them in a footed white bowl on our kitchen table. Every time I walk into the room it makes it feel like fall!

My hubby and I had planned to go pumpkin hunting this past weekend, but unfortunately he ended up feeling under the weather instead. We hope to head out ASAP - I'm looking for white pumpkins for around the house this year, with some orange and maybe even grey for outside. I did manage to do some fall decorating though, and I did include some faux pumpkins in my displays. I even put out some fantastic pumpkin/gourd bowls from Williams Sonoma that I picked up a few years ago. It's amazing how much pumpkins get you in the mood for fall!
