Via Belle Vivir
I caught up with a friend yesterday (Hi Andi!) who is getting ready to move into a city apartment that is in a great location but the space has virtually no windows (1 in the bathroom and 1 that is underneath a porch). The closest I have ever come to "city" living was when Paul and I lived on the Downtown Mall when we first moved to Charlottesville. We gave up plenty of things for the amazing location - living space, parking, $$$ - but I don't know that I could have given up windows. Natural light adds so much to the feel of a space and it is one of the few things that you can't really fake.

What about you? Could you go windowless in favor of location?
